Its very simple, the 7zip SFX module used to create the EXE sometimes gets flagged falsely by some AV's

As the updates comes very frequently, it becomes time consuming to first uninstall previous installed versions of visual c++ and install again the fresh new versions
Is there any solution to this?

Use abbodi's repack and you don't need uninstall previous versions first, because it updates them and remove unnecessary versions if needed automatically. :)

    From the first post:
    - Before installation, the script will check and remove existing non-compliant Visual C++ Runtimes, including the original EXE or MSI setups, or older MSI packages versions.

    - The uninstallation option/script will remove any detected VC++ runtimes (except UCRT).

    - Windows XP support is partial, the pack will install and detect latest runtimes versions, but it will not check and remove non-compliant versions.

You better use UniExtractor 1.6 (the old one),
it can give you an install-able folder from MSI installers,
and can handle other packaging as well.

I think you can find in GitHub a repository called VC Archive (I think it is old but still useful when you just want the dll files instead of installing on the operation system, for example if you're planning of running a program on a Windows-PE rescue disk and the program requires VC9)
