    I Prefer with DisplayIcon I never liked how looked in uninstall programs maybe you should make one with and without to satisfy both ;)

    Minimalist. Do we really need icons for stuff that's in an ARP panel we don't spend an entire day looking at?

    There are pros and cons to the 2 choices I liked the new icons are interesting but this is only cosmetic and when I read that I would add so many additional folders and files I came to not find it so interesting.

    I am in favor of keeping this minimal too but if it is possible to do 2 versions I think this would please everyone.

    Updated

    to get display icons for all packages, you would need to uninstall them all (or separately), then reinstall latest release

    I don't know what could be the reason, i tested the script and it worked as expected (uninstalled 2017 and installed 2019)

    you may extract the pack, and try to install msi files inside 2019 folder manually
