    Sorry, no idea if that is correct... But I have all .net fx installed and it still installed.

    .NET Core installs are totally different from the .NET Framework installs.

    You have already posted the same thing before and it has been discussed, if it bothers you that much, extract VisualCppRedist_AIO_x86_x64.exe with 7zip and use Installer.cmd or just don't use it.

    What can you do if this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way?

    I run VisualCppRedist_AIO_x86_x64_31 over the previous version 20200328 and vc 2019 was uninstalled. i tyed with /y with the same results v2019 is not installed. System is a Windows 7 sp1 uptodate may 2020. v2019 is not compliant with Windows 7 anymore?

    Do you have BypassESU installed with DotNetBypass enabled? If so, uninstall DotNetBypass and try again. DotNetBypass has been found to interfere with the correct workings of Msiexec.exe.

    /aiR - Auto Uninstall mode, remove all detected runtimes.
    or extract Uninstaller.cmd with 7-zip and run as administrator
