So, I need to use 61, even if it's fully updated?

I am attempting to install Streamlabs desktop and it specifically wants VC++ 2017 x86 and x64. I get that since 2015 they are all catered for by the latest release but the software still wants to download and install 2017 even after using /ai switch.

Is there a way around this? Or am I going to have to hunt down 2017 redistributables?

With this script I can install visual c++ using the $OEM$ (SetupComplete.cmd) method?

You can use this repack, yes, to install vc++ runtimes through an $OEM$ folder with setupcomplete.cmd, yes.
