REQ Windows 10 theme for Windows 8.1

    Hi,

    Even though Windows 10 preview ISO's just have been released, I would like to see the icons of Windows 10 ported to Windows 8.1.
    All icons look way better in my opinion, because they are new and flat. (Ex: This PC, Desktop, Network, Explorer.exe)
    It would also we nice to have the new CMD ported over and maybe even more features.
    Let's see how far we can get.

    Has anyone noticed the installation size difference between 9926 and 10049.
    10049 x64 Enterprise installed uses about 10.5 gig whereas 9926 uses about 14.7???
    Wonder what's been left out?

    code optimization and also the fact that windows uses compression on system files if it doesnt harm performance etc
