If jumper problem bios would not read error corrupted. Did not prevent from programming. It programmed and found error. Bios did flash. Have you tested this ? Your bios flash takes time. Flashed back to original much quicker. Not bricked at least !! How did you mod bios ? No need for manual or jumper, just please xplain method(s)
Thanks I'm having a great weekend. You did not brick my hp. You provide no proof. No-one else can mod this bios. You would make a lot of people happy if you name program to open bios. That is why fake. Failed in dos and windows. I *wish* I was lying. But *I* am not lying. Then who is ?
I noticed a small note in the latest update that a security "feature" has been added to the bios that prevents flashing of any older versions ... is it possible you are running into this "feature" ... perhaps someone with the original 1.04 version could try? though any version before this "feature" was added could have a different result?!
Trying to open bios for modding. Used the modified bios flasher. Errors with both mod flasher and unmodded.
