    I'm Chinese. I've been looking for it for a long time, it's hard to find. Can you specify which Chinese website it is? :)

    I can't seem to find this version at all, but George King got the required file, thanks, no archive at all.
    The person we contacted said he couldn't contact the person who gave the file at all.

    AFAIK certain system files are still on Microsoft public symbol server and they managed to get their hands on them. However they are far from a complete working system image.
