I remember now that I made a multi OEM DVD in the past, but I remember also that I didn't integrate any updates in it. My problem is with the updates and the way to integrate them.

After I wrote that comment, I went directly and searched for what you said and I really found that link you added in this post and I found that I can integrate the updates as well. Thanks Urie.

I would suggest Looking over this page http://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/26911-The-Windows-XP-Repository . for making said tutorial way of making a bootable Windows XP-SP3 CD.
Then just Download and update Via windows update.
If you have followed the instruction's in the link you should have no problems.

Personally I would download an anti virus program first then update the AV "anti virus", then update windows.

MSE "Microsoft Security Essentials" works for me, free, and no hassle.

Thanks for the link, mate. It was very helpful for me. I don't have any idea on what they mean OEM DVD. Sorry, I'm a newbie and not that intelligent on computer.

OEM:SLP dvd is one that will pre-activate on a branded machine, the tutorials shown also add driver packs and update packs so when you install most updates are already added you don't need to wait for hours updating through windows update. You can still use the tutorial on a retail cd you do not need to add oembios files.
