[Request] MUI Changer on any Version

    Hello MDL Users,

    I hope you are all well. I have had a few requests to change the language using a MUI package on all versions on Windows 7 as I realise that it is only currently able to do be done on Ultimate and Enterprise.

    Could anyone point me in the write direction to code this in VB.net or perhaps a BAT script? All credits for backend coding would be given to the user and the application would be used frequently.

    It DOES NOT require installation. Just simply run it as adminstrator..
