    AFAIK there is no new theme for so called Moment 3 update unfortunately☺️

    I agree with you as it is not even on any Microsoft site and the more, then I downloaded all the latest Windows 11 versions available including Beta, Dev etc and also there in original .iso are no such images either.
    So it can be assumed that what neowin.net shows and tells is another scam and the pictures are someone's simple handiwork.
