Dear, all It seems that it is a very difficult to request an old notebook Thinkpad R60 BIOS with SLIC2.1. As you know that R60 doest not provide slic, so I cannot active windows 7. I hear that we can make BIOS with SLIC2.1 information, however, I did not know and dare not to do that, so I hope senior notebook friends can help me, and give me R60 BIOS with SLIC2.1.
