If that's true, the question is: WHO created that ISO and WHO the Magnet Link?

    Any idea?

@murpy78: Please take a look here:

Windows 8.1 with Update (Pro with Media Center) (x64)

    9600.17050.winblue_refresh.140317-1640_x64fre_client_professionalwmc_en-us-ir3_cpwmca_x64frer_en-us_esd.esd

This is the encrypted esd file that is downloaded by Windows Store when
upgrading from 8.0 to 8.1. Luckily a few awesome guys at MDL worked out
the decryption process and made up a script with a few options.

    Instructions:
    1) extract the 7z file to same directory as esd file
    2) run admin command prompt and navigate to the directory
    3) run decrypt esdfilename

There's not really any benefit to using wim file over esd file unless
you need to modify the installation. ESD file is faster and smaller.
WIM file is mountable, but larger.

The spoiler of of my post #7 is the readme from that download!! Maybe just for fun I'll install on an extra HDD and see what it is?! VL with WMC?
