Hi, I'm a Microsoft softwares/OS collectors and currently as everyone knows, it's freaking hard to find those old Windows XP genuine untouched ISOs. I was wondering if anyone still have the first ever released, Windows XP Professional 30-days evaluation which when installed, put an evaluation watermark on the desktop? It would be very appreciated if anyone have this Regards
Thanks, but does that file the evaluation one? Need to install it later at home to see and if it's not I'll be back
Last time I use the 'evaluation' version was in 2001, when Windows XP launch. The differences would be it doesn't ask for any product key at all and when booted into the desktop, you will see 30-days evaluation watermark on bottom-left of the desktop just like when you're using a beta version of Windows. Too bad I'm not interested back then and threw the CD away
OP; FarCry3r; are you after the beta releases of MS Windows XP? if so just let me know and I'll be able to help you out . Regards.
No, not the beta releases as I already owns them all, thanks to BA I'm hunting down this one-in-a-million(?) 30-days trial/eval of Windows XP that I can't find it anywhere...
This is not the one I'm looking for. As UVAIS pointed out, this require a (valid) product key to be entered before Setup can continue. The one I'm looking for doesn't ask for a product key at all.
