Reset Boot Active on Windows 11 UFEI system

    I have cloned a windows 11 Professional system using Acronis Clone. The clone works fine and the new system boots up and runs. After doing Widows 11 software updates and restarting he system, fails to reboot with an error.
    It appears the GPT partition shows active but not boot, The data system is fine.

    Why did I lose the Boot/Active partition of the GPT? and how can I fix the GPT partition so it is Boot/Active?

    The windows 11 Repair disk does not seem to fix this error.

    BOOTICE tried to use - it must restore MBR/UEFI
    create a bootable flash drive copy critical files of the UEFI boot environment from the system directory to the EFI boot partition and recreate the bootloader configuration in the BCD repository:
