Resetting download limit

    I think my internet provider is limiting my downloads
    I could download at least 15 or 20 same time just guessing
    Then went down to 12 ,6,4 now if I try download 2 the same time it just stops and I loose connection
    I did talk to them before it fixes the issue now I am at the same situation
    Wondering if there is anything I can do in cmd to reset that?
    Just curious

    That can be a faulty router. Or buggy modem driver. (56K, 33.6K, 28.8K and 14.4K service)

    With DSL, I would replace all wiring.

    I did change wiring but that did not help at all
    Maybe modem
    I will look into that
    I am suspecting more that internet provider is controlling downloads
    Correct me if I am wrong

    One more thing why it was more then 15 downloads simultaneously before and went down to almost 2 now???
    That is my question I did not change it
    What or who did it?

    You are probably getting throttled by your ISP. I would call and complain and see where it gets you.

    i know a few isp are slowing down connections that are caught sharing files. since the start of the "six Strike" system in February. maybe look into that?
