    - February SSU KB4537829 kill BypassESU, do not install for now (it's not needed for February updates)
    - Using older SSU and with BypassESU installed afterwards, remove BypassESU and install February updates

The Installed order is KB4537829(SSU)-->BypassESU-v4.7--->KB4537767(IE11).The Precondition of KB4537767 all have installed.(KB4474419-->KB4490628-->KB4536952 which had been replaced by KB4537829).
The result is the KB4537767 has been installed sucess. But after restart windows,Configure the windows update setting that show fail in 62%.

The current bypass is 4 not 4.7, the 7 is from the extension 7z.

Discussion about the bypass and it's working is done in the bypass thread.
