Restoration of Office 2013 on Windows 8.0 to 8.1 upgrade

    Hi,

    I have Windows 8 (online activation) and Office 2013 (Phone Activation).

    I would to format and install 8.1 (use the same key) and restore phone activated 2013.

    How do I go about it?

    Just want to be clear. First upgrade to 8.1 and everything fully activated then copy data.dat and tokens.dat. Do I need the cache folder because in Win8, i do not need the cache folder? Once I got all that, i can do a clean installation and it should activate both win8.1 and office2013?

    just use MTK v2.4.9 as cody says, it will do all the job for u. no need to manually backup the "data.dat" and "token.dat"
