Restore BIOS Information

    Hi,
    Actually I found that for Aspire 3810TZ (Insyde) laptops those that comes pre-loaded with Vista can flash to SLIC2.1 without using the /ALL flag because I did that on 1 laptop and it works.
    However the laptop I did previously I flashed with the /ALL flag and DMI data was lost.
    I tried using the Acer DMI Tool unfortunately it did nothing.
    Any ideas?

    maybe try flashing back with something older.

    I have the same problem with my 4810TZ. I've flashed to an older version but nothing changed. Any information about restoring this info would be great. (Note that i have wrote down all the info from the bios screen.The only thing i need, is a way to write them back.) :(
