I've succeeded to restore (make) each Windows ME version files to MS original ISO by CDIMAGE.EXE version 2.39. The following Windows ME version is possible to do so. 1. Windows ME Retail Full version. 2. Windows ME MSDN Full version. 3. Windows ME Retail Upgrade version. 4. Windows ME Retail Step-Up version. But you must run tzutil on Windows 7 or later as follows. Example : (Windows ME MSDN : en_winme.exe or en_winme_full.exe) Extract en_winme_**.exe as WINMEMSDN folder. Then run as follows : TZUTIL /s "GMT Standard Time" cdimage -l"Windows Me" -j1 -h -o -t06/08/2000,17:00:00 WINMEMSDN Windows Me MSDN.iso (If you run on Windows XP, you must add -g0 option on cdimage.exe.) Now this is perfect checksum (SHA1) Each volume name are "Windows Me" 1) Retail Full version File Type : ISO CD-Image File Size : 428,832,768 bytes MD5 : 34e4454500f8ae0793f6fc6c8aa8c66f SHA1 : 6b95da74ef1695ff78e495afb7aeea991a85260c CRC32 : 28dd9bec 2) MSDN Full version File Type : ISO CD-Image File Size : 428,834,816 bytes MD5 : 75a140eaaee9de188e175d73193210ff SHA1 : 7e13981281e3a08416bb94fec654c176f3a891e5 CRC32 : 2c60280c 3) Retail Step-Up Update version (From Windows 98/98SE) File Type : ISO CD-Image File Size : 428,699,648 bytes MD5 : e3d39ee3316df714f262eda0a0377dbe SHA1 : 2e4138a932f9cb13bd52a2508bc02cecc6ef8136 CRC32 : d73f857b 4) Retail Upgrade version File Type : ISO CD-Image File Size : 428,699,648 bytes MD5 : 544f39ce6dfcfaa2f001745aeca20a06 SHA1 : 6612673b30c410cc0b9fa1c1b7891c64f0f42f7c CRC32 : fa60a9d4
I think very few people on MDL has any idea what you posted, but still point for effort. I use this to make the retail and MSDN Spoiler Code: cdimage-2.39 -o -h -j1 -t6/8/2000,17:00:00 -l"Windows Me" WINDOWS_ME en_winme.iso Before I set my system to GMT+1 DLS off Could you post a delta file for MSDN or retail -> upgrade?
>Could you post a delta file for MSDN or retail -> upgrade? Sure, But it takes a time. So I'll attach it later, ok?
This guy (win95fan) is same people with 5247846 (Javier Donoso) He was already banned from here, but he registered this again. He is always extremely (and unusually) ROM or CD/Floppy Image hungry. Remember that too much nagging won't get you free help on this forum.
Don't worry. I will never give (contribute) my expensive software dump image to that guy who is negging. He is also negging to give dump of my collection on other site. The best way is to ignore that guy. I want him to know that if he really want to be dumped, please buy yourself. I hope he disappear from the internet.
@win95fan (5247846) Why do you really want "Windows Me Start Up Boot Disk"? If this is really important collection and not still waiting for you, why not buying Windows Me retail package by yourself? You must remember that you're still nagging for several times. You really don't know about effort. Only you want to get your wish one easily from others without payment. To request has no problem. But you're requesting or nagging for several times. You requested IBM PCG Font ROM on VC for sereral times, then you're banned on VC. You must know that is very rude and make an angry for other. If you really want "Windows Me Start Up Boot Disk", please be patient. If not, buy it by yourself, OK?
ibmpc5150: I'm sorry for re-requesting your Windows Millennium Edition Boot Disk image, but it looks to be authentic. However, I can't be be sorry for requesting it the first time because the point is to contribute!
win95fan (5247846) didn't contribute anything by himself but from other's contribution. I remember he only contributed anything again without original user's credit.
So, do you think you're proud of that contribute? You're still telling a lie and nagging to get WinME Retail Bootdisk from ibmpc5150. I think you really want to be banned from here right?
OMG, this topic is spoiled due to win95fan. This topic is how to restore each Windows ME version files to ISO by CDIMAGE 2.39. Not for requesting Windows ME Bootdisk. I reported this fact to administrator.
