Hey guys, i have a setup here with windows 2003 R2 and XP+7 clients. I have 2 canon Imagerunner printers and one HP color laserjet 5550. all are set on server and shared from there. To avoid unnecessary color prints, I have created GPO for access to HP printer. Only users who are members of that GPO can print on HP color printer. But others, even if they need to print B&W, they cant access this printer. Is there a way so I can chose which user can give color prints and All others should be able to give B&W prints? Thanks.
