I used an activator on Windows 7 Ultimate. Afterwards I flashed my BIOS. I want to remove ALL traces of the activator and go back to the 30 day trial. Please provide me with how to do so?

Also please provide me with the commands I use to activate Windows (with a modded BIOS, SLIC 2.1)

    Thanks.

    I have a Lenovo 3000 N 500.

Never mind, I understand it... A modded BIOS is way better than using an activator. Once a production-OEM key leaks, you'll be in business for the rest of your life :p

I want to put my modded BIOS to use. Even if others feel it's pointless, I still want to do it. :p

Please provide me with the method if anyone knows?

if the act*vator you used has a uninstaller try to use it. imo after using those ill always end up formatting and doing a clean install. i just dont like anything left. or try the newest one posted in the forums and see if that will remove it for you.

to do the slic bios mod you will need the cert that matches which ever slic you used when you
(or whoever) modded the bios. so if you used the lenovo 2.1 in the bios you would choose the lenovo cert.

now in steps here you go:

#1 turn off uac control and reboot

#2 copy the lenovo cert to the root of c: only (or whichever named cert you picked)

#3 run slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\LENOVO.XRM-MS it will says success etc (OR whatever cert you picked)

#4 run SLMGR.VBS -ipk ***************************** (or whatever key you will use)

#5 turn back on uac now if you want to and reboot

    should now be activated

if you use the latest 7Loader by orbit/hazar it has an uninstall. worked here. To remove the Lenovo OEM key, run the "remove all previous cracks" and you will get it back where you started. at least worked that way on my system.
