  3. I like the fact it has a pre-configured WinXP and 7 VM but other than that, everything else is just the same as with any other Linux distro. Also, the guy behind it really has issues, nevermind "asking" for money.

    Issues...wow.
Indeed that is a polite way of putting it IMO.

I avoided saying something like that in the OP, but...
Since it has been brought up by someone else - I only add this:
'Issues' is putting it MILDLY !!

I offered to hire the guy for pay pending his responses to some questions to assure that the pay he'd get would not be a waste of money - and what did he do in response ??
He tore me a new bodily orifice verbally & more than once in his anger.

So...he desperately needs $$$ and says he's willing to work for it - UNTIL it is offered ??
Must be that he wants a high paying job's paycheck after having neither interview nor tendering a CV.

A dear friend of mine has a little saying she uses all the time that goes like so:
'How is THAT working for you ?!?'

In this case, not only did he NOT get hired for the work I was offering him, but this also made it clear that contact with him was so toxic as to be avoided permanently.

No wonder his distro is at 99th place !!

  5. Well, a good-paying job is better than sitting at a computer all day... and if he can't get what he wants, then maybe he should just terminate the project for the sake of his own sanity.

People or companies don't hire applicants who refuse to show their qualifications & credentials - which is exactly what he did that kept him from getting any work from me.

As for sanity - it doesn't seem like a strength of that man's - from what I've seen.

  7. He must've got something to hide then...
