rom of bios sony vaio vgn-fw-32j

    please help me

    thank you in the sony site I found only one file (. exe) and I'm looking for a file (. bin) or (rom) please help me

    Run the EP0000208408.exe, and when it pops up the dialog to update the BIOS, open Windows Explorer and go to "%TEMP%". You should find a temporary folder with today's date on it and inside should be the R2060Y0.ROM.

    thank you but my pc sony gybes fell because I did a bios update to install and I forget to mount the battery, and when I install the update my pc is planted with a screen blue when I restart the screen is black but the power button is lit.
    I mean is that I can begin installing this update in another pc for Recovered file (. rom) or i must have the same pc for recovred the file (. rom)
