I plan to do another test clean install of Windows Vista SP2 64-bit within the next week or so. I'll find out then if this newer version works.
I did use that approach on Windows XP and it allowed me to visit more websites without certificate errors. Haven't tried on Windows 10 as I haven't seen a need to do so (it's still new enough to have Windows Update, websites etc. work properly already).
maybe post on GD (google drive) if possible i also have a personal mediafire account so hopefully it won't get removed there
Curate it from s**tty expired certs, then it would fit as zip attachment(s) to this thread. Or export as reg, then it fits code box(es) like my browser fix cert
