Is this only for Windows XP, or can it also be used in Windows Vista?

It should theoretically work on Vista as well, though I haven't tried.

I plan to do another test clean install of Windows Vista SP2 64-bit within the next week or so.
I'll find out then if this newer version works.

I did use that approach on Windows XP and it allowed me to visit more websites without certificate errors. Haven't tried on Windows 10 as I haven't seen a need to do so (it's still new enough to have Windows Update, websites etc. work properly already).

Curate it from s**tty expired certs, then it would fit as zip attachment(s) to this thread.
Or export as reg, then it fits code box(es) like my browser fix cert
