Hey guys is there a way to rotate a screen 45 degree? I know 90 180, 270, but I need 45. Let me know. I have Nvidia NVS 810 card.

That is very unusual with any screen rotation I have seen. I don't think it possible yet. Perhaps, tilting you monitor 45 degree would do the trick.

For a fancy video wall, we are looking to do. The monitors are already tilted 45 degrees, now i need windows to run in portrait mode

If you are going to play videos only use VLC & in setting chose 45
If you are going to play your own Videos then shoot it in 45
other than that I dont know

VLC will do 45 deg, but won't fill the screen - black bars. If the same video is on each screen, you could comp it at 45 deg in After Effects, but if it's one big image on a video wall, it's a lot of work.

Edit - I just tried rotating a 16:9 movie 45 deg in After Effects, and to fill the screen you lose 75% of the data. A 1920 - 1080 px image at 45 deg will fill a 960 - 540 px output screen exactly with no black bars.
