Run as User

    (This is no Tutorial but a question)

    In Windows 7 you have UAC, disabling it will always start applications as Admin.
    Ok. If you have UAC enabled, you can do "Run as Administrator" to elevate the program.
    But... what if i want to do it the other way around?
    So when UAC is disabled, your "Run as Administrator" becomes pointless, with Shift, you get a extra option called "Run as different user"
    But... i don't want to run as different user but in my context..
    So to be clear: How do i run a application in a non-elevated space without UAC enabled, where everything runs as Admin? (So it starts WITHOUT Admin rights, as ME but without full elevated privileges O_O)
