Run PowerShell PS1 files as Admin in Context Menu - possible?

    If I double-click on PS1 files, then Notepad opens up... I can right-click and select "Run with PowerShell", but I can't find online how to create a "Run with PowerShell As Admin" context menu when PS1 file is right-clicked. Any ideas?
