RW parsing error in phoenix tool

    I cant figure out why RW everything is not able to create a .rw file that phoenix tool can parse correctly. I installed a fresh copy of Win7 before creating it but I still get the error in the attached image when i load it into phoenix slic mod 1.22. I have tried RW everything v1.4 and v1.4.7 with no help.

    Fixed in the new Phoenix Tool 1.23

    When i use RW-Everything v1.4.7 report in Phoenix SLIC Mod v1.40 i got error: SLIC table from RW Everything report is incomplete.
    I use Samsung notebook R428. RW-Everything report link at mediafire.com: /download.php?ntnz5kxiad2
    In what there can be problem?
