Ryzen scheduler on LTSC 2019

    I tested this. I installed the AMD chipset drivers onto LTSC 2019. Only thing noticeable was that it didn't ask to restart the computer when the install completed. I restarted anyway and looked that it did indeed install the AMD Power Plans. Feels good too!

    I don't think that is the scheduler mentioned by the OP.

    i'd like to know this myself, i just got a 5800x and currently using a 5930 with ltsc 2019.
