RZMCH is compressed

    • Insert your Windows 7 DVD
    • Select the repair options
    • Select command prompt
    • Use the command bootsect.exe /nt60 all
    • Reboot

    Sounds to me like you got drive compression enabled, you need to disable that if you do.
