Whenever i boot into Windows 7 its always stuck in minimal safe mode "With wallpaper but all services stopped" i have tried all tricks with msconfig just wondering is there anything else i can try before doing a upgrade install, Thanks for any help.
Have you tried hitting the F8 key when your computer boots past the BIOS to get into the select menu and click "Start Windows Normal"?
