Safe Mode and F8 menu

    Hello,

    I am trying to recover the old F8 menu which I can access the safe mode


    I can't see the startup setting in the advanced option menu



    Toshiba Satellite C55

    Ya, for mine I just open up msconfig and change it there to open in safemode
