Just wish to know if it is safe to run Linux in a virtual machine in Windows 10? By safe I mean save from Win 10 telemetry/spying? :g:

Windows 10 will make your PC explode and the telemetry app will call the cops on you for being a terrorist.

Unsafe, as you have windows running as a host. If you want safe, boot linux natively.

Disconnect yourself from Internet, get rid of your smartphone, or any technology. Now you are safe!

I know you feel better saying that. But linux being safer than windows is a fact.

Was a fact in the last decade, is even more actual now when the problem isn't to be protected by a random hacker, but by MS itself.

Microsoft, my OS, and I work hand-in-hand to create a smooth, pleasant operating experience. :tasty:

Yes like in Vichy's France, when some French people worked hand to hand with Nazis, to make them more comfortable:D

I'll happily stick with Windows 10 LTSB, as for Linux itself being 'safe' ? hxxp://blog.linuxmint.com/?p=2994&_utm_source=1-2-2

Of course you are safer with Windows with dozens of new virusses, rootkits and malware every day and security holes which are patched a month after they know off them.

No modern OS is really safe!

btw: Mint is not Linux, Mint is just ONE Linux distribution.

Well that's my point, as you said, no modern OS is safe.
