Hi guys. I recently got my hands on a Samsung N130. It's a neat little machine. my only gripe is that the on board sound is abysmal and that it only has 1 built in speaker.

It ships with XP home sp3 and the bios has slic 2.1 enabled so I've put Win7 Ultimate on it.

My Question is... Does anyone know how to access the hidden recovery partition on these OEM systems?

I'd like to firstly make a backup of the original 7Gb partition containing XP (just in case I need it back). I did think of assigning it a drive letter in disk management and making an image that way, but when I right click on the partition, the menu only displays the word help. So no luck there.

Once that's done I'd like to re-size it and replace it with my backup image of Win7 which has all my essential Programs installed. i.e. Anti-virus, broadband details, office etc. Freshly installed. (10Gb in total).

I appreciate any help you guys can offer. :worthy::hug2:
