Ok, having performed the procedure on my other older samsung with no troubles im cannot get win7 ult to activate on my new laptop.
Its SLIC2.1, its the proper win7 64bit iso (checked hash) and ive tried the same cert and key as i have on my other lappy..
So, why wont it work? Ony reason i can come up with is this is the 64bit edition.

    Help please???

May i ask what diagnostic information would you require?? Im assuming

its a section from the bios tool.. Do forgive me, its been a very long day.. Didnt have any of these issues on the old laptop, went easily and i pretty much expected this to be easier as the bios is already slic 2.1

^ You either find a Matching Certificate or Modify the BIOS.

But i was under the impression that because the bios IS slic2.1 there is no need to modify it???? Or have i misunderstood??

Trying certificates now but so far no joy.

If the SLIC info in the BIOS doen't match the Samsung Certificate you have, you can either:
    1. Try and find a Samsung Certificate that matches the SLIC info in BIOS
    OR
    2. Modifiy the Bios and add SLIC info that matches the Certificate that you have.
