First check if there is a new BIOS available and if so, update the BIOS. After that, leave the BIOS on default settings and try to install Windows.

    Please report back.

When you formatted the drive did you delete recovery partition or perhaps you are trying to install windows there and there is not enough room. if you do still have recovery partition then do factory recovery. I doubt very much if you need bios update that would be my last resort.

I think I got this message once using a USB drive as install media. For some reason after the first reboot it would get confused about where the install was going. If you are using a USB drive, you may try removing the drive when the computer does it's first reboot, it doesn't need the install files from the USB at that point.

my currently Bios was 209, i've update it to the 210 but the issue still exist!
    thank you for your help,
    the error

    Code:
windows cannot be installed to this disk this computer hardware may not support booting to this disk insecure that disk controller is enable in the bios.
there is no disk controller in the bios to enable or disable or change between ahci or sata!
i noticed when i press ESC while rebooting it shows the boot menu ,
no HDD or DVD player is there, it shows only Network Agent boot!

Oops! That listen like the MB has an problem. It seems to be that the Drive Controller is out of order. If your Laptop is still under Warranty, I would contact the next Service Center.

In Thailand such is quite easy. We've a lot service centers which are specialised on repairing Laptop Mainboards.

OOPS! Check bios settings for "HDD User Password Protection and security lock" & disable that... Error is related to HW security feature...

I really believe the problem is the not functional Drive Controller!

Solved! In Bios enable Boot Sector Security, then go to HDD security and type new password, just hit enter leave with no password.. You will be able to boot from hdd..
