    Hi redroad!

    thx for the infos...

right now the sbs2011 is running as a virtual machine on VMWare WS 8...

I cant activate with any of the provided SLP keys in the mentioned thread above.
Activator from DAZ rel. 2.1.7 works fine, but I prefer a clean installation using SLIC 2.1 and SLP-Key when running directly on the DELL Box...

and btw: any1 got a link for me to download the SBS2011 in GERMAN language?

    GOT IT from MS Technet...

    Thx and best regards

    Peter

    hi again...

need some more infos about SLP and SLIC 2.1 BIOS...

Right now, im trying to set up a new SBS2011 Server, german edition

    1) im using a DELL Box with a 2.1 SLIC BIOS (W7 32/64 is running fine the the DELL SLP key on this machine)
    2) im going to install bare metal w/o using VMWare etc...
    3) can i use the HP key during installation? I created a autounattended.xml file for the installation...

Will each SLP key activate SBS2011 on every OEM 2.1 BIOS??

    GOT IT!!!

The HP SLP key works fine on DELL Boxes with SLIC 2.1!!!
I created a autounattended.xml for the SBS2011, if you need the file, drop me a line (pn, pls)

Thx and have a nice day!

    Peter
