Hello! I'm a fresh here and need your help. I'm going to buy a document scanner for the 1st time in my life. Previously, I didn't need it at all, but now with a new job I use it often, even at home. After looking dozens of reviews, I have 3 models. 1) Canon imageFORMULA P-208II Scan-tini Personal Document Scanner (found on amazon.com). Is this battery-operated? 2) Canon imageFormula DR-C225 Document Scanner (found on bestadvisor.com). Does it work with Google Chrome or Google cloud print? How does this compare with the Fujitsu ix500? Anyone own both? 3) Canon CanoScan LiDE220 Photo and Document Scanner (found on canon.co.uk). What is the differences between lide120 and lide220? How good is the included software? Do you need a third party software for picture editing? Thanks in advance! Any suggestions will be pretty appreciated!
If you're going to run Linux, you may have a hard time finding drivers that work for the LIDE 220. Search the Linux section for details.
