    Maybe it has something to do with the CPU microcode update available in the F12 bios version, just a guess.

    no error message

    the screen freezes and there is nothing i can do anymore , just reboot

    make sure your CPU cooling system is working....bad memory usually gives a GSD...can be also a bad video card is yours integrated to the mobo if it is u mite want to test it with any cheap GPU and see if u get the issue.

    Remove your CPU and check for bent pins in socket,it happens .

    If this is a brand new pc return and make them fix it for you because your still in warranty

    Try to update the latest driver

    1. run sfc.exe /scannow
    2. install correct driver for video card
    3. if nothing changes, return it where You bought

    yes maybe the bios , I see it's F10
    should I flash it or return it ?

    I flashed the bios today and everything works fine !

    u took a big risk .....but im glad things work out for u.
