Script works in Win 7 + 8.1 but not in Win 10 ?

    Hi.

    There are a few tweaks I like to do when installing a new OS. Mainly little things, like pin Note Pad to the taskbar.

    I do this via a .vbs and a .cmd called by a runonce via the oobe.

    It has always worked in Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 but it does not work on Windows 10.

    I was hoping somebody could look at it and tell me why it's not working. What is different about Win 10.

    in the $OEM$ I have a OOBE

    in Windows there is a file
    PinToTaskbar.cmd
    in Windows there is a file
    PinToTaskbar.vbs
    Always worked till now testing it in Windows 10...

    Are things that different in 10 this will never work ?
