has anyone disabled "scripting of java applets" in ie? seems to make the browser more stable, haven't run into any long running script messages or page no responding since turning it off. it's not the same as the other setting that disables java script. can't believe i didn't find this years ago, just lived with the annoying things, sure i could switch to a different browser but i've tried them all and haven't found any of them any better, process/memory/speed wise and edge is just crap.
