Search and tiles doesnt anymore work in Windows 10

I have two accounts, one Standard and another as Administrator.
The one with Standard, everything works, I click on the tiles, like weather and open. The same with search.
But with the Administrator, nothing work, I click on the weather and does not open, when I do a search, I click on the search bar and nothing seems to be searched. Even if I type the words on the start menu.

 

I have tried this so far:

1. sfc /scannow
2. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
3. Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Nothing. Still the same

the last one give me this error:
