search box blank

    Hi,

    all seems to be working okay except my search from taskbar box is just a white rectangle - see pic.

    Any ideas on a fix?

    I looked at mine and it was too. Then I changed the taskbar from autohide to always - and the search now works!
    Coincidence?

    Maybe, but there are definitely other reasons, since I don't use autohide. I saw this reported a couple times in Windows Feedback. Maybe more than a couple times, since it's almost impossible to find what you're looking for in Windows Feedback.
