Search not working on windows 10!

    so I installed this

    en_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_5795bb03.iso

    but the search on the lower left corner doesn't do anything.

    any ideas?

    so now MS calls local searching "cloud search" ?
