Since when something you could get for free is Spam? Or even an advertisement? If would be, ALL free Windows OS include Windows 10 would be spam and ALL whbo posted about it would be Spammers as well, include YOU! Get Real Mister!
Not really an recommendation, it looks just like to be useful in some extend, special for those who didn't have to much knowledge like those who claim to know everything! I'm just on testing it and it's promising for some use and users.
I used Avast Internet Security and it works well but if you disable Windows Fiewall then Edge will not work. I do not use edge anyway.
Proactive protection In security concerns, I do recommend alongside you A/V program, proactive protection, i.e., zero-day / exploits / unknown threats mitigation tools such as the ones I currently use in my security setup. Note that this setup is for my personal machine as this config is not suitable for anyone. It requires a learning curve to take advantage of every and each program: 1. Sandboxie 2. AppGuard 3. Zemana Antilogger 4. Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit 5. NoVirusThanks Exe Radar Pro 6. Secure Folders 7. Windows Firewall Control 8. Shadow Defender Almost forgot, Microsoft Windows OS are improving on security but still they are quite distant to be called: secure. Is not a good idea to rely on its security mechanisms solely.
Giving others list of available security software that works with Windows 10, with personal best, is recommendation. Making review of one product without prior request and without mentioning other, better options, is an advertisement. Either they paid you to to do it, or you were stupid enough to do it for free, does not matter. It's spam. End of story.
I have tested all AV on windows 10, I think best Antivirus at this time is Qihoo 360 and best firewall is Windows Firewall Control
Direct link if anyone has problems downloading from their site:- Code: glasswire.com/download/GlassWireSetup.exe
Am I need to cancel Windows firewall ? Because in Win10, Security in control panel nothing is written about Glasswire firewall.
NO, you don't need! But at least for some test's I would do that anyway because their could still be some interference!
Yes, that's true. Also in that free version data will be kept no more than 30 days while in Basic version for 3 month and other up to life!
