Is any one able to to send or receive Russian text? I have tried just about every keyboard and SMS app for the android. I don't have the the option to change the locale to Russian or the language setting. I can only change the keyboard and my texts appear as a bunch of letters and numbers with spacing. This happens when they receive my texts and when I receive their texts.
