Serious Question about windows 8 explorer

    Does anyone know the feature when you mouse over a gif,video file,jpg in windows explorer library ,and it gives you a preview like a little pop-out feature ,thanks. :)

    its not a built in feature of windows 8. i think the user was using windows live photo gallery. it comes with same feature. when you hover mouse cursor over an image or video it shows live preview in tooltips.
