Hi all I have an virtual server stuck in activation mode on hyper v. Cant get past activation window as net is down on it too.. i'm connected to it through console from vmm server. narrator window is not possible to get either. or is there an secret key combo.
You can convert it to volume licensing by booting to WinPE, but it's a bit tricky. I've done it with Windows XP: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/vlk-and-oembios-changer.6077/page-24#post-873918 But the process is identical for Windows 2003. I'm sure it will also work.
More trouble, i just found the local admin password and was going to login with that.. BUT.. the damn server say disk is full cannot load profile and i cannot get in.. jeezez.. Then i expanded disk to 100 gb but i cannot expand disk before i'm logged in.. So,, is it possible to do this disk expansion in powershell ?
I did this a few days ago: 1. Safe mode (F8 spam) 2. Open run window with: "c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,#61" 3. Run this: "rundll32.exe syssetup,SetupOobeBnK"
