    Hi, I'm looking for a learning course that will help me configuring windows server 2008 R2
    maybe a free-Ebook that Microsoft offer "Introducing Windows Server 2008 R2"
    or anything that will help me on the future to get a Certification on MCSA

    You should know that people come here every day asking the same questions without searching or reading the posts above. Your question is different of course - but now you know why a slight irritation might show itself.

    I think you can find a few ebooks about Server 2008 R2 on Pirate Bay.
