    Hello Everyone.

We having printer hp 3015 & hp proliant ml115 server with server 2008 r2 x86. we are facing problem with installing additional drivers of x64 bit. we tried the following steps.

server 2k8 r2 | start | settings | printers | right click on installed printer | sharing tab | shared that printer | additional drivers | selected processor x64 / type-3 user mode | browsed for the x64 downloaded printer drivers on desktop | error occured

"the specified location does not contain the driver hp laserjet 3015pcl5 for requested processor architecture"

we are using two differnt notebooks in network which has win 7 x64 installed. we want to installe the shared printer on the server.

please refer all the detailed issue, we already trying different methods to install it. microsoft articles refering the print server which we already installed that role in directory.

hoping for gr8 help on the mentioned topic.

    thanks !!

I know I am a bit late to reply to this but you need make sure you have the drivers for the correct 3015 as there are 2 of them. There is the Laserjet 3015 all-in-one and the p3015.
